About Whitestone Investment Advisory

The Whitestone group was founded in 2000 by real estate managers Norbert Galfusz and Balazs Györke together with a strategic partner based in Budapest, Hungary. Up until 2013, the group's business strategy focused on the development and financing of commercial properties such as offices, warehouses, business parks and shopping centers, followed by residential complexes in Budapest, Prague and Bucharest, generating around 400 Million Euros in revenue in less than 12 years.

New Marketing Opportunities in Austria
By founding Whitestone Investment Advisory GmbH in Vienna in 2013, Galfusz and Györke pointed their business activities to the fast growing, highly profitable Austrian real estate market with its sensational annual growth rates. Since then, the company is focusing exclusively on the development of residential real estate projects in Vienna and the surrounding area and has already successfully implemented several projects here.

Whitestone Investment Advisory is always aiming at offering buyers - whether they are owner-occupiers or investors - properties with the best quality to price ratio on the market.

Our business model also includes the involvement of private and institutional investors in selected projects with a high earnings potential. The development process of every project is initiated by the team on the basis of an extensive opportunity-risk assessment driven by hard facts. In direct result, properties for residential use are acquired, developed, built on and ultimately utilized in the best possible way.
